Shipements | Delivery

  • Digital Service Delivery: We specialize in providing digital services only. There are no physical products or shipments associated with our offerings.
  • Delivery Method: All digital services will be delivered electronically via email, download links, or through our designated online platform.
  • Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline for each service will be specified in the service agreement or project plan. We strive to meet all deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • No Physical Shipments: As we do not offer physical products, there will be no shipping fees, delivery charges, or handling costs.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to receive and use the digital services provided.
  • Service Acceptance: Upon delivery of digital services, customers are required to review and accept the service within the specified acceptance period outlined in the service agreement.
  • Support and Maintenance: Any support or maintenance services related to the digital services provided will be addressed as per the terms outlined in the service agreement.
  • By engaging with our digital services, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

    5. Reembolso

    We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase of the Contract.

    6. Content

    Content found on or through this Service are the property of 360DigiMart Digital Marketing Agency or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

    7. Prohibited Uses

    Additionally, you agree not to:
